Lanevis supported the FDA’s implementation of the SUPPORT Act and managed the controlled substances research portfolio through the delivery of advanced digital platforms, knowledge management systems, and real-time data visualization tools.   • Comprehensive Digital Ecosystem: Designed and deployed a multi-component ecosystem featuring data collection platforms, document repositories, and portals for information dissemination tailored to SUPPORT Act initiatives.

  • Opioid Research Tracking Dashboard: Developed and maintained the Opioid Research Projects portal and interactive dashboard tracking over 150 active research initiatives, supporting transparency and inter-agency coordination.

  • Knowledge Management Platform: Built a SharePoint-based repository housing more than 75 standard operating procedures (SOPs) used by over 200 OCD staff members, promoting non-technical access to policy and process documentation.

  • Advanced Budget and Project Management Integration: Embedded robust budget tracking tools to monitor SUPPORT Act funding in real-time across multiple initiatives, alongside project tracking for five concurrent technical efforts.

  • Data Visualization and Analytics: Delivered dynamic dashboards offering real-time views of controlled substances data, research trends, and policy impacts, tailored for both technical users and FDA leadership.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Governance: Produced monthly status reports and facilitated quarterly stakeholder briefings, ensuring transparency and alignment with senior leadership priorities.
